I personally give thanks to God for this mentor of faith and ministry.  As we prepare again for Pentecost this 2020, I found this sermon from Pastor "Charlie" Johnson in 1998 as inspiration and encouragement.

A Special Gift from God: Hardy Clemons

Our appreciation of God's wisdom flowing through our former pastors continues today with our friend, Dr. Hardy Clemons who served our church for over 20 years during the 60's 70's and 80's.

I have had the pleasure to speak with Hardy on a few occasions and he is surrounded by his family and his church, Trinity Baptist in San Antonio, Tx.  We continue to pray for him and our friends in Christ there. Today's message was originally given 1986.  I find many of the words are as applicable today as they were then.
